HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?
We ship USPS Ground Advantage with insurance included at no additional cost to you. If you need your order faster, there may be shipping upgrades available during checkout. Orders typically ship within 24 hours during our business week (Tuesday through Thursday). At this time we only ship to addresses within the United States.
DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING?
While we currently do not offer gift wrapping, we are happy to include a handwritten note in your order upon request. Just use the "special instructions" field during checkout. We'll follow up with you if we have any questions.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Your happiness is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can make it right. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us using the form above to initiate a return. We will refund the price of any non-custom item returned to us in a condition suitable for resale. Shipping fees to and from Alpenglow are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
