How are items shipped?

We ship most orders USPS Ground Advantage, with insurance included at no additional cost to you. If you need your order faster, there may be shipping upgrades available during checkout. Shipping cost is based on weight, size, and type of product. We do our best to keep these prices as low as possible while making sure they are well-protected during transit.

Orders typically ship within 24 hours during our business week (Tuesday through Thursday) from our HQ in Twisp, WA. At this time we only ship to addresses within the United States.

How does store pickup work?

Store pickup is available during our regular business hours or by appointment:

Tuesday through Thursday
9AM to 3PM

You will recieve a notification when your order is ready for pickup. If you'd like to stop by our studio in TwispWorks outside of our regular hours, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Do you provide gift wrapping?

Absolutely! We're able to wrap up your gift in eco-friendly paper or tissue and include a handwritten note. This is currently a free service.

what is your return policy?

Your happiness is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can make it right. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us using the form above to initiate a return. We will refund the price of any non-custom item returned to us in a condition suitable for resale. Shipping fees to and from Alpenglow are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

We are currently in the process of setting up our shop on the Faire marketplace.

I'm a local maker — how do I sign up to be included in the Trading Post marketplace?

The Trading Post is currently by invite-only to ensure we have the capacity to support all included makers. Nonetheless, please send us a message using the form above if you want to be considered in the future.
