Shipping policy
Many items are made-to-order and ship within 1-2 business days* of purchase.
- All items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified, requested, or upgraded. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery. Orders placed near holidays (i.e., Christmas) may take additional time to be delivered.
- All shipped orders include insurance (excl. $0.95 flat rate shipping on stickers & decals).
- Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped (excl. $0.95 flat rate shipping on stickers & decals).
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you need an item by a certain time, please contact us before placing an order so that we can explore shipping options for you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Shipping currently only available to the United States. Please contact us if you live outside of the U.S. and would like to make a purchase.
*Alpenglow's business days are Tuesday through Thursday. Your order may ship outside of these days, but it is not guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.
