Refund policy

Please use our contact form to request a return.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be shipped back to Alpenglow at the customer's expense and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be deducted from the total refund.
• The original amount paid for shipping is non-refundable.
• Return amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt.
• Custom orders are non-refundable, but please contact us if you have any issues.
