What is "small batch" and why does it matter?

Producing in limited quantities allows us to focus on every aspect of the production process, ensuring that every item we create is made with the highest level of care and craftsmanship. You'll receive a product that has been thoughtfully designed and created with a level of detail and care that simply can't be replicated by mass-produced items.

How to I apply my sticker or vinyl decal?

Apply to a clean, dry surface free of water or oil.

Is my sticker/vinyl dishwasher safe?

While our stickers and decals are waterproof and highly durable, they are not designed for dishwasher use.

How do I care for my plant trellis?

Our trellises are recommended for indoor use only. Excessive UV exposure may cause fading, discoloration, or brittleness.

How do I recycle my plant trellis?

Yes, our 3D printed plant trellises are recyclable! Unfortunately, they cannot go in your domestic recycling bin. Please contact us if you wish to send us back your trellis for industrial recycling, provided through Printerior Designs.

Orders

When will my order ship?

While we do our best to ship orders on the next business day, many items are made-to-order. Normal production time is 1-3 business days. Keep an eye out in your email for a shipment notification.

Changing/cancelling my order

If you have placed an order but wish to make changes, please email us at spencer@alpenglowsupply.com as soon as possible, or use our contact page.

If the order has already shipped, please contact us upon receiving your items to request a return.

Changing my shipping address

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us about changing the shipping address. Our shipping prices are flat-rate and the cost for shipping should not change, but we will let you know if there will be an additional charge.

My order is a gift. What are my options?

To cut down on waste, we do not ship orders with packing slips, invoices, or receipts so there is no worry about your gift recipient knowing your order details.

While we currently do not offer gift wrapping, we are happy to include a handwritten note in your order upon request. Just use the "special instructions" field during checkout. We'll follow up with you if we have any questions.

Shipping

What shipping methods do you offer?

Every order is shipped USPS First Class. Delivery times vary based on time of year and location, but you should expect your package to arrive in 3-5 business days.

All packages except the flat $0.95 shipping for stickers and decals ship with tracking and insurance included.

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within the United States.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery?

Every order except the flat $0.95 shipping for stickers and decals are shipped with insurance included. Please contact us if you encounter any issues.

Returns

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please review our return policy here.

How do I make a return or exchange?

You may request a return or exchange using our contact form, replying to any of your order emails, or emailing us directly at spencer@alpenglowsupply.com.

When can I expect my refund?

After we receive your return, please allow us 2 business day to review the item(s) and submin your refund. Credit to your card varies by bank, so please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the dollar amount to be credited.
